Location

Nagatino i-Land is conveniently located close to Moscow downtown, major traffic arteries and metro stations. It is 8 km away from the Kremlin, 1.8 km from the Third Ring Road and 100 meters from Andropov Prospect street (main road of the district going to Kashirskoye highway and Domodedovo international airport). The place is in walking distance to Avtozavodskaya and Kolomenskaya metro stations. In addition, there are corporate buses going from Kolomenskaya metro station to the technopark.

Growth prospects

Moscow City Government is taking an active part in implementing the Nagatino i-Land project. Under the investment contract that is already signed the Moscow authorities will build a “Technopark” metro station 100 meters away from Nagatino i-Land. Additionally, there will soon be arranged a convenient access to the technopark from the Third Ring Road through the territory of AMO ZIL to Andropov Prospect.
