Nagatino I-land technopark is the second largest Moscow office project being implemented together with the Moscow City Government, VneshEconomBank, Ingosstrakh, InvestTorgBank and Russian Bank for Development.

This is a new business area located close to the Third Ring Road, crossing of Prospect Andropova street and Nagatinsky embankment, future "Technopark" metro station. On its 32 hectares territory there will be about 1 mln square meter office space for Russian and foreign companies.

The technopark construction process is managed by Moscow Business Incubator OJSC.

The Moscow city technopark Nagatino i-Land offers superior office spaces for rent or sale. Minimum lot size is 300 sq m.

By now there are 60% spaces of the first phase already sold. Half of first phase spaces have been put into service and another half will be opened in Q3'09.
