Project Description

Nagatino i-Land technopark occupies territory of 1 million sq m and consists of 5 development phases. By now the first phase of 216 000 sq m has already been completed. Other phases are in process. The project is expected to be finished by 2014.

Nagatino i-Land is a new standard of commercial estate being implemented within the largest Moscow project. On its 32 hectares there will be about 1 million sq m of offices, exhibition centers, conference rooms, hotels and apartments, health and fitness center, restaurants and cafes, shopping centers and everyday services.
